You'd be amazed at the dirt and debris that can work its way into your gas can – and from there, into your fuel tank. Twin Air's monofilament screen pocket inserts in your tank to catch particles as small as 40 microns (.00165") while allowing the gas to flow freely.
The flange is custom-sized for each modern 4-stroke model to ensure a leak-proof seal. Just remove the filter periodically, turn it inside-out, and clean out the debris that could have been in your engine.

Bought this one for my CRF 1000 Honda Africa Twin, you need to cut the lip to push it in to the tank. Once cut it will fit nicely. Grate second fuel filter.

A must have product!
I have had one of these in my KTM-300XC since new and have never had any fuel related issues. The filter catches and contamination and water before it can get into the fuel system. I swapped my original one from 2019 over to my snowmobile and got a new one for the bike. It is amazing the water and junk from the gas pumps we see in the winter!

This seams to be a good product until you use it. It would not seal to my gas cap, so every moto I would have gas all over. Another thing is you cannot se the amount of fuel in the tank , so as your filling ( without warning) because you can't see fuel coming up it goes all over, and then it is all over the motor and glowing red header pipe. If you use this product make sure you pack 2 times the water you need for the day to use to dilute the gas spillage before starting your bike

Perfect fit! I learned that part #160630 has the same fuel filter that is inside part #160643 package. This helped me as FortNine did not have part #160643 specific to my 2016 Husqvarna 701 Enduro. The only place I could find it was in the US, but by the time duty and shipping was added it was too expensive. I was able to order part #160630 from FortNine at a reasonable price, added a new goggle lens to the order to get free shipping - still much cheaper than ordering from the US.

Looks like it would work
Didn't fit. I have a Clarke Tank and looking at the dimensions of this model I thought it would work.
