I baught these filters to replace my old ones on my rev mxz x 440 they held up pretty good i would recommend drilling holes in your panels if you plan on running this style filter

drop down menu sizing is misleading
the sized listed in the drop down eg. 26mm - 72mm or whatever, is not a range as one would assume but an i.d. and a width. bought the wrong filter because of this. shipping was quick though.

quality filter elements with spring inside to prevent filter collapse. only issue with it is that it wants to pop off if you dont line the clamp up perfectly. works well on my xs850 and looks nice too.

Which size is appropriate for a YFM 660 , 2001 model ? It's the dual carb version, but need to run one filter on each of the carbs.
You will need to measure the OD of each carb throat, as the unis cover 2 or 3 different sized throats, best is with a micrometer, measure in MM.....

Does both the internal black and external red foam layers need to be treated with oil? or just the external red layer?
Uni Filter recommends oiling both for maximum protection OR you can oil the inner only and keep the red dry.
