I just installed these pipes but am having trouble with fitting on the left side. Mount isn’t lining up properly. Going to try to fit it again but it doesn’t seem to align with the factory bracket on the rear bolt housing/hanger.

Purchased these slip ons a week ago and installed yesterday, I could not be happier, these were just the sound I was looking for. My only criticism was that the Package was missing the mounting bolts but was able to use the old ones. .

Perfect sound
I had the dealer install the Screaming Eagle tuner, chip, and pipes before I ever rode my new 2013 Ultra Classic but I was very disappointed with the sound. After quite a few miles expecting the sound to get better I finally gave up and bought the Vance and Hines Performance pipes. WOW what a difference. The Screaming Eagle tuner had to make a few off and on cycles before adapting to the new pipes but the sound and power these new pipes produce is far far better than I expected; it makes me feel like I'm riding a brand new and better bike. If you are undecided, take my word for it and get 'em.

Exactly as Expected
I installed these over two months ago and have over 5000 Kms on them so far. The sound is nice and deep, yet mellow while cruising down the highway. They were easy to install, and the chrome is the high quality expected from V&H. Delivery was fast and hassle free.

Questions
After installing these Vance & Hines hi-output slip ons are any other tuning modifications necessary and will they void the factory warranty if installed?
Full exhaust systems will almost always require an air-fuel adjustment. Conversely, slip-on exhausts usually do not need one. With that said, we would recommend that everyone tune their air-fuel mixture after an exhaust modification. Even if it isn't mandatory, a jet kit or fuel controller will always be beneficial. Regarding warranty concerns, you would have to check directly with the bike manufacturer.

Would the 4.5 High outputs fit on an 08 ultra classic
It fits the '08 Electra Glide Ultra Classic, but no the Screamin' Eagle version. If you enter the year, make and model of your vehicle on the product page, you will see if this item is a "Guaranteed Fit" or "Not expected to Fit".
