Well packaged, quality is there
Bought the FP4 in the winter and only just did the download to my 14 Rushmore Ultra 103 HO. I was intimidated with the tech it proved to be very easy and intuitive. Quality. I haven't yet completed my auto tune but initially my idle is better and there is a throttle response advance. Be aware of that. It's a bit pricey but what isn't these days.

Nice but call the helpline
This unit seems easy to install but the instructions are a bit confusing. First I had to copy the QR code and download the instructions. I then printed them off. I was following the instructions and got into the auto-tune section when I started running into problems. I called the help line and was informed that I didn’t need to go into that section. And I now have the (P) indicator light on in my dash which is caused by a faulty ground wire with flashing the ECU. The best advice I can give is to call the helpline before getting too far into the following the instructions. Now that I have it properly installed, my bike is running a lot better and smoother.

Won’t flash from iPhone.
Won’t ‘flash an map’ out of the box on twincam Harley with iPhone. They say there will be an iOS update to fix this, but it’s been several weeks with no update; the last update was a year ago. The work-around is to pull the accessory fuse, which requires some disassembly. Also doesn’t recover well from a dropped Bluetooth connection. Overall not good user experience for a non-returnable $600 part.

easy to use
super easy to use. Loading the map took only a few mins. My battery didn't like keeping the device on for autotuning. Bike sounds and runs great on the standard mapping.
