Awesome! These are a must have!
Put these mufflers on my Ultra Classic, and really love the sound. Easy install, and all required goodies included. Shipping was super fast as well!! These are a great muffler for a deep tone, without being obnoxiously loud.

Does what you expect
Sound great. Very good decel brapp. Huge improvement to power and torque. Improved the power at the top range of the rpm band in every gear. Make sure no matter what you use new muffler to header pipe gaskets. Even if the old ones look good replace them. Make sure muffler clamps are very tight. Go for a couple hundred km ride. Let bike cool off tighten them up again the next day. This will will and may get rid of muffler pop on close throttle in first and second gear. Then buy a cobra power pro. This will get rid of any left over pop. Smooth out the performance, and the bike will run cooler.

Amazing pipes !
I bought these Vance and Hines Twin slash slip on's for my 2014 Kawasaki Nomad 1700 a month ago.
What a difference from stock.
Easy to install and sounds great.
Currently using the stock air kit and no fuel processor.
There is some deceleration poping, but I'm not worried about it.
I would recommend this product

Very happy
I am happy with my new pipes. They arrived on time and were straight forward to install. They sound better than the stock pipes. They were also cheaper than ordering from the U.S. Also the free shipping was fantastic.

Awesome sound
Great sound with these mufflers on my 2015 Indian Scout, BUT, for me, I find them to be too loud. My riding friends say they are not excessively loud, but I'm the one sitting on them. I will be ordering the quiet baffles.
Installation was simple and alignment is perfect. They look great and are 14 pounds lighter than stock. No popping on deceleration with stock ignition/fuel map.
I think these are well worth the money.

Questions
Do I need to worry about fuel mixture, due to the O2 sensor located just upstream of where the stock muffler slips on. Will the fuel injection auto compensate, or do I have to get the bike tuned up?
Hi Jay2011
Virtually all of the manufacturers of aftermarket exhausts recommend replacing or installing a fuel management system. If your bike is fuel injected, you will need to install a power commander, if it has a carburator, you will use a jet-kit. The reason for installing a jet kit or power commander is because when you change your exhaust, you're changing your air flow, and when the flow changes, you must change the flow of the gas in order to gain the correct mixture which evens the air and fuel mixture so they work together harmoniously.

why are the reviews from other bikes other than the Scout on this thread ? Im wondering which sound is louder on the scout.. V&H or the Maverick Crushers you also sell but i don't see them under the Indian scout products
Without the baffles the V&H are a lot deeper sounding and loud
The Crushers are a higher pitched sound but no louder.

How much will it cost to purchase a power commander to mate with these pipes?
I think it runs about $400-$500. I did not find it necessary to use one and it ran fine. I still have the pipe as The bike got totaled. Purchased a 1300 this time
