Rated 3 out of 5 by from 2021+ ZX10 Owner? Read This Before Buying Because this part is ‘universal’ application, I can’t blame Fortnine or Vortex for not mentioning this - using this switch (which is necessary for vortex rearsets) means you cannot use cruise control on your Gen 6 ZX10R; and likely any other bike that has cruise control. The factory switch has an additional circuit that detects if the brake is in the ‘off’ position, which will then allow you to active cruise control. Got this switch wired up and functionally I have no complaints. It works great. But it would’ve been nice to know that I was giving up cruise control (until I find a solution) when I installed the vortex parts. No cruise control on your bike? 5 star part that’s definitely recommend, even if it’s just a peace of mind thing.

Will this work on a 2014 harley street bob?

          Asked by: Dust
We don't list specific bike fitments for this part, but we have the following fitment information: 10mm x 1.00 thread pitch fits most European applications 10mm x 1.25 thread pitch fits most Japanese applications With that in mind, it would not fit your Harley.

There's two images, depending on the thread pitch. Does the M10 X 1.0 sensor really have the wires exposed like that off the sensor ?

          Asked by: Stefan
Yes, it does. I used some shrink tubing and looped it back down on itself to make a strain relief on the wires.  It doesn’t look the best but it hasn’t failed yet. 3 years installed now

Would this fit a 97 Kawasaki Vulcan 800??

          Asked by: Grant
Yes I this should work for your rear brake switch, I believe you want the 10mm x 1.25 coarse thread.
