Perfect for shorter race tracks
I bought this to shorten the gearing on my 2009 yamaha R1. My local track is pretty slow, so this 50 tooth back sprocket paired with a 15tooth front made a massive difference.
Also: holy mother of power wheelies.

Take a pass on this one...
...unless you like doing more work more often than you need to. I picked this rear sprocket up after reading more than a few favourable reviews, needing to replace my original sprocket that clocked about 50k kms.
Less than 13k kms later, this thing is more chewed up than a box of cookies at a Weight Watchers meeting. Not only that, now I'm replacing the chain that should have lots of life left in it but has been ratched by this sprocket...and I may as well do the front sprocket for good measure. Good times.
Will not buy again.

Great looks and value
Fantastic price and I did notice a slightly smoother feeling, hard acceleration with this sprocket and without actually running a 0-60 MPH test, it does feel slightly faster. No gear ratio change but more aggressive teeth and lighter driven sprocket definitely get a thumbs up.
