Product defect was warrantied no problem
I am new to the motorcycle world and even more so to performing my mechanics and maintenance. I ordered this to replace my OEM chain and sprockets. Everything looked great, I put it all together no problem, but with my lack of experience I set chain tension and rode away. After about 500km, I figured with a new chain, I should validate chain tension. Then I noticed something particular, my chain tension was not consistent as I turned the wheel it went from tight to loose, then tight again as I spun the wheel. I did some you-tubing, then some troubleshooting, I went and bought a digital caliper, took a lot of measurements, and realized that my rear sprocket was not perfectly round. It was .5mm longer on one side than it was on the other side. That didn't seem like a lot, but I contacted the company. They asked me to send pictures of the measurements. They said that the .5mm was too big of a margin, and they agreed to send me a new sprocket. I am giving 4 stars because I had to deal with the whole process, but the company stood behind their product and rectified the situation, so good on them.
