Great replacement for complete Warn RT25
This Warn PV2500 is the perfect solution if you damage your Warn RT25 and need just the winch drum and non of electrical components like relay or thumb switch. Literally bolts in the same spot and you are in business. Drum does not come with cable so do not forget to order at the same time

Ok when exact replacement dimensions are needed
I have used it for one ride. It is seems very slow and seemed to bog down a bit. I never had it stop, but my last Warn of the same size didn’t seem to do that. On the plus side, I did not have to pay for switch, wires, and contact or. In that regard, it was seamless and easy. I did have to switch to metric bolts and nuts. All in all, I am up and running with less expense.

I have a warn 300xl winch. Will the pv2500 bolt right in or do I need a different mounting bracket
I can't find any info about a 300xl model. I see that there is a 30xl, but that is an industrial model capable of pulling 30,000 lbs.

I have an older A2000 Model Warn Winch. Will the PV2500 fit into the same bolt holes for the number mount ? Also, can I simply attach the electrical leads and it is "good to go" ? (ie: the solenoid, existing switch, etc... for my A2000 can be used)
Yes you should be able to remove and install new winch.The wiring that is in the quad should be long enough to attach to new winch,it should be a easy swap.
