Need a real pulley
I have replaced 4 of these and only able to get about 20 min of plowing before the plastic blows apart. Too much tension in absence of a moving pulley wheel. Warn needs to redesign this system.

Wire Rope Guide is way under designed. Rope Guide should be a Pulley from Steel in stead of plastic.

I purchased the Warn Quad blade and it has out lasted any other make of Quad blade in the area where I live. Over the years of constant use ,it finally wore out after12 years. I finally found a replacement part with this supplier and install it in 15 minutes. It will save the wear and tear on the cable and give you years of satisfying use.

warn rope guide Review
I purchased this product as a backup to my warn snow plow assembly. I have not used the unit(s) as yet, however product is similar to the one supplied with my warn snowplow thus should work should the original assembly fail.
