Response of supplier to damaged plow
Warn new plow arrived on time however it had many nicks in the paint. After providing pictures of the plow to Fort Nine I was told that I could not just return it as stated but had to wait until they contacted their supplier. They got back to me stating I could return the plow or keep it and receive a 50% discount. I kept the plow and touched up the paint chips.

Pelle standard ne veut pas dire universelle
J'ai acheté cette pelle pour remplacer une pelle brisée. Malheureusement, il était impossible de l'attacher à mon attelage existant. Ça aurait pu être évité avec des photos ou un descriptif des pièces appropriées. Le service à la clientèle a très bien réagi et m'a rembourser promptement. Merci
