High quality L-keys for recessed TORX® screws. Comes with a holding function: the wedging forces resulting from the contact pressure between the drive tip and the screw profile securely hold the screws on the tool at both ends. The BlackLaser surface treatment provides outstanding corrosion protection and a long service life. "Take it easy" Tool Finder with colour coding according to size. Available in a practical clip fastener, whose wear-free material provides secure storage for the L-keys and enables simple removal.
Take it easy tool finder system: Take it easy tool finder system - with profile and size colour-coding for quick and easy tool selection. Colour-coded system for hexagon drive screws (L-Keys, Zyklop bit sockets), external hex drive screws and nuts (Joker wrenches, Zyklop sockets and Zyklop bit sockets with holding function), and TORX® drive screws (L-Keys, Zyklop bit sockets).
Secure hold and easy removal: The wear-resistant clip material ensures that the L-keys are securely held yet are easy to remove.
Holding function for recessed TORX® screws
TORX® HF profile: In tight assembly or disassembly situations, for example in engine compartments, it is not possible to securely hold the screw with the hand on the screwdriver, and the screw subsequently often gets lost. Lengthy searches or the loss of the screw (with the associated danger that could bring about) are the consequence. The HF tools developed by Wera are ideal because they feature an optimised geometry of the original TORX® profile. The wedging forces resulting from the surface pressure between the drive tip and the screw profile mean that the screw is securely held on the tool!
L-keys with a thermoplastic sleeve: L-keys with a thermoplastic sleeve are manufactured out of easy-to-grip, circular material. The sleeve ensures that work is safe and comfortable even at low temperatures. High corrosion protection features thanks to the special BlackLaser surface treatment. Colour coding and large stamp to enable the desired L-key to be easily located.
