Assembled in North America by experienced wheelbuilders using Sapim 14G Stainless Steel spokes and 14 mm Brass Polyax Nipples.

True but undertensioned.
The wheels arrived true and unscratched. The bearings on the hubs were perfectly adjusted and the tubeless tape was well applied. After I installed them on my bike, they pinged like crazy on the first ride. When I brought them into my local shop they said the spokes were undertensioned. Expect to either bring the tension up yourself or pay a shop a hundred or so extra to do it for you. This is a fantastic "some assembly required" product. Think of it less as a ready to go wheel and more like a preassembled wheel kit that you just need to tension yourself.
