Tillotson HR-135A -Elan 250T 1973
Like any goods bought via on-line sites, I Was initially suspicious about outcome.
Kit was bought to refurbish the carbu Tillotson HR-135A from my Elan 250Twin 1973.
Gaskets fit was great, nothing was missing.
Make sure to separately buy the check valve prior to overall carbu as it does not come with this kit. Check valve is imperative to change during rebuild process to ensure final end results.
So far it’s been two months with no carb issues.

Questions
The needles and seats are not included? There is Tillotson diaphragm and gasket kit for 8$-9$ whats the difference then? Marc.
Hi,
The kit includes the adjustment screws, idle/needle and main jets as well as the float valve. The needles and seats however are sold separately.
