Introduced back in 2013, the Vigilante 2.3 has remained synonymous with aggressive trail and enduro riding. Prominent lugs dig into any terrain, wet or dry, and provide support at high speeds. Ample spacing between knobs allows it to evacuate the tread while biting into loose, chunky trails. The Vigilante grips at lean angles like nobody's business and is the tire of choice for trail and enduro riders who need a tire that won't let them down when it matters most.

• Prominent Lugs: Square-lugged knobs punch into wet or dry terrain to provide unwavering traction while their consistent spacing provides predictable stability and confidence at high speeds
• Reinforced Side Knobs: Tall side knobs are supported by an elevated base that prevents the knobs from folding under shamelessly forceful cornering forces. Side knobs feature perpendicular siping to increase braking traction while cornering
• Front-Focused Design: Everything about the Vigilante was designed to improve cornering traction as a front tire. Aggressive outer knobs punch into corners while directional siping grapples with rocks and roots in both wet and dry conditions
• TCS (Tubeless Compatible System): WTB's standardized tubeless system. These tires feature a TCS tubeless casing, which nearly eliminates flats and allows lower tire pressures to improve traction and comfort over a traditional tube-type tire

SG2 Puncture Protection:

SG2 is unique puncture protection technology that provides bead-to-bead coverage to ensure both the tread and sidewall are protected from slashes and punctures. The nylon fibers within SG2 feature a uniquely flat profile, which reduces the amount of rubber between fibers. Improving the fiber-to-rubber ratio increases puncture resistance, reduces weight and improves the overall liveliness of a tire. While SG2 is primarily a puncture protection layer, its tightly woven fibers also improve air retention to better maintain pressure between rides.

Dual DNA Compound:

The more layers of rubber present in the tread, the better control riders have over the ride characteristics. Dual DNA features two compounds to provide an efficient centerline with softer rubber side knobs.
