Perfect Fit
I bought this for my CBR250R as I wanted to remove the passenger pegs for a cleaner look. Install was as simple as you can imagine. Mine came with hardware to use with the clamp band for an exhaust - a fancy aluminum outside washer and a long bolt and locking nuts. Although I am not using a Yoshimura pipe, this wasn't a problem with installation.

Fits perfectly on my GSXR600 2012
Bought it to replace my passenger peg to hold my Yoshi can.
A bit expensive for what it is but at least when you buy Yoshimura directly you know you will get good stuff that will fit.
