Description
The popular R-77 offers outstanding performance, thanks to being developed in the heat of competition. It features a trapezoidal design, which allows a large volume of packing material and in turn delivers top performance. The R-77 muffler’s front cap is MIG-welded, while the end cap is riveted using high-end 304-L polished stainless steel rivets and bands.

- The R-77 consists of a trapezoidal-shaped sleeve, maximizing muffler volume, while offering a sharp silhouette to compliment the bike styling.
- The innovative end cap is reminiscent of the R-55, featuring sharp edges for an attractive, eye catching appeal.
- 3/4 systems include the R-77 muffler, stainless steel mid-pipe, a Yoshimura under-belly muffler to replace the bulky stock unit, and all necessary hardware for installation.

Fits good, though I did need to make drop down for Givi Monokey saddlebag mount cross brace to clear muffler. Looks great, throaty sound. It is quite loud. Friends riding behind me can definitely tell when I open the throttle. They do not find it obnoxiously loud. I am running without insert and will likely never put it in. Some people may find it too loud without insert.

Yes, this should fit with your panniers, as it is even less bulky than stock

I would like to know if the low volume insert is included with the r-77 3/4 exhaust?
The R77 does include the Low Volume Sound Insert.
