Description
The Yoshimura RS-4 Slip-On exhaust has been put to the test and has proven its capabilities at the highest level of competition. In 2010 the RS-4 muffler helped Ryan Dungey claim the AMA 450 Supercross and Motocross championships in his rookie season. The Yoshimura-backed GEICO Honda team also took home both East and West Coast Supercross Lites titles in 2012 using the Yoshimura RS-4 exhaust.
Utilizing the same R&D that helped bring success at the national level has resulted in a unique exhaust design that provides an unrivaled combination of power and quiet exhaust note. The Yoshimura RS-4 Pipe features an innovative carbon cone end cap, a two staged stepped baffle, and a polyresonant duplex chamber which acts as a muffler within a muffler to help save weight and centralize mass.

Big power difference
Looks great, sounds great, and made a noticable difference in power and torque on my bike! Installation was fairly easy and can be done in 20-30 minutes, would highly recommend!

Exactly what I was looking for
If you want a cheap, very loud pipe, you will probably be disappointed with this product. At startup and idle, it's certainly not louder than stock, or maybe just a little. The difference is that you can hear several distinct sounds: the sound coming from the engine is still there, but then when you move around the exhaust, there's a deeper tone that wasn't there before. On throttle, it sounds a bit louder, and the actual sound is more thrilling in my opinion, which is exactly what I wanted. I don't want to bother my neighbors every time I go or come back from a ride, but I wanted a richer sound, especially at higher revs. It looks very good too and although I didn't put them on a scale, this slip-on seemed considerably lighter than the heavy stock can after holding them back to back. The install wasn't a headache at all, the only slightly tricky part is taking care of the servo controlled valve cables and putting the adapter plate provided by Yoshi, but there are plenty of good install videos on YouTube if you feel unsure. So if you want a lighter, good looking can that doesn't affect the air-fuel ratio, which sounds great without constantly disturbing your surroundings, you can't go wrong with this one. You might just say that it's a bit expensive, and the higher price for the optional piece of carbon fiber seems a bit exaggerated.

Good value for the price, sounds great, easy to install. Adding exhaust alone wont help however, you will have to chip the bike to get additional fuel to realize the performance

Great exhaust for the African Twin
Bought the pipe a couple months ago. It fit on very easily with really minimal effort.
