Yuasa YTZ Series Battery Cutaway
Yuasa YTZ batteries use AGM (Absorbed Glass Matt) separators with superior grid and component design. They have an improved charge recovery capability from a deeply discharged condition. Other benefits also include a longer shelf life, an improved life cycle performance and resistance to extreme vibration.
Yuasa YTZ batteries come factory activated, meaning that they are charged, acid filled, sealed and activated during manufacture. Manufactured following a unique GS Yuasa production process, THE Yuasa YTZ High Performance range has all the features of a standard maintenance free YTX battery plus increased power and smaller size.

Fit like a glove
Some websites said this battery wouldn't fit in my KTM 1290 Super Adventure, FortNine said it would fit; and it slid right in. Bike started immediately and I was on the road in 30 minutes. It was tight but no issues getting it installed.

Yuasa only
I've found out the hard way that Yuasa is the only battery worth buying. Cheap off brand battery was apparently the root cause of a R/R and ECU failure on my Ducati.

Found out battery was 1.5 year old
This battery was ordered as a replacement for my original battery for my 2009 shadow 750. My motorcycle was dead at my workplace awaiting new battery. I received battery very quick, 2 days later. Before I installed it I called yuasa USA. They informed me battery was produced 1.5 years prior. When I contacted fortnine they offered money back immediately if I sent battery back even though I had installed it in my bike to get it back home. They told me they did not know manufacturers date of batteries, of course they don’t yuasa puts a code not readable by anyone but manufacturer themselves. This is not my first order with fortnine and not my last. Great customer service! Yuasa on the other hand very disappointing for a $236.00 battery including taxes.

Kawasaki KLX 351 new/better battery
Fits perfectly and starts the engine easily. Longevity to be determined. Fingers crossed it lasts many years.
