Good cheap gloves
If I could afford to spend a hundred bucks on really good quality leather gloves I would but I just started riding last year and buying all the gear on top of the actual bike adds up. I have the perforated version of these gloves that I bought last summer and they were good but obviously the holes make for chilly rides in the cooler weather so this year I grabbed these. They fit comfortably and snuggly though if you wear rings they can take a minute to get on right. For the price I think they're great my only complaint is that I don't feel the velcro closure to be the most secure in the world and I need to strap it really tight.

Good for skinny fingers
Used these gloves for 3 weeks, good protection from cool wind. The knuckle guards are too low and sit behind my knuckles. The material is too thin on the fingers and when flexing my fingers it is pretty tight and is uncomfortable to wear.

leather is good, but the knuckle protection is misaligned and cheaply made, probably thin plastic, it broke and cracked into several pieces after 2 weeks just by itself. i think it knuckle pressure on it that made it crack,... the glove are still usable . bought recently the perforated ones... didnt use it but still the knuckle guard armor under the leather is weirdly aligned .. it's to see if it will break after a few ride

Hard on the knuckles
I wore these gloves for three hours on a ride and the knuckle protector on the right hand cut into my knuckles more than protected them. Made for a really uncomfortable ride.

All round "Cheap"
I bought these 2 yrs ago and they have very little protection. Armoured knuckles do not line up; cardboard would give you just about as much protection. Leather is nice and soft but super thin. They're fine as long as you never have to rely on them for protection. You get what you pay for and in this case, not even that!

Great Price, but weak build overall
I bought these gloves for my girlfriend at first, and she really liked them. They held up, and I thought I'd buy myself a pair as well. The sizing was extremely difficult to pick, as the video says to size up if you have longer fingers. I bought an XL, and unfortunately the palms were way too large, but the fingers far too short, making the break in very uncomfortable. Within maybe 4 rides max, the stitching on the right thumb has already come apart, as well as the leather already rubbing through the the inner liner. Good product for the price, but build quality is extremely poor.

One glove good
One glove fit perfectly but the hard knuckle protectors on the second glove made it down right painfully to wear. If both gloves fit and felt like the good glove I would definitely be happy and willing to recommend them to others.
Lesson learned; don’t buy things that require a close fit online. Whenever possible go to store where you can try things on.

Questions
Are they considered to be mens or womens gloves?
Men's, but they could be used by women too, you would just need to use the size chart to pick the appropriate size.

Those gloves show up when looking for touchscreen leather gloves. Does someone can confirm that those gloves are touchscreen able?
No, you cannot operate a touchscreen with these gloves! (I just tried it after reading your question)
