not quite what I expected
bought these based on stellar reviews, on Fortnine and elsewhere. first, a very nice glove, especially considering the price. but. the finger joint pads are not well placed, or placed without much care. on one glove they're in a dead straight line, nobody has finger joints that are in a straight line. on the other glove they're in a zig-zag pattern. one above the joint, next below the joint next above the joint, etc. I'd rather have no pads there than the annoyance of them being all over the place. they're so tiny I don't expect them to be on the joint, but at least all above or all below. also, the thumb on both gloves is long enough for a monkey, but I can work with that. hoping I just got a friday afternoon pair, so ordering another pair and returning these.

very comfortable
These are great. Amazing dollar value. If you're looking for a classic, plain look, these are the gloves for you. Great fit, very flexible, but you feel the quality of the leather. I'm not sure how sturdy the velcro strap is though... it worries me every time I take the gloves off, as if it'll rip off its base. But so far, so good, after approximately 15 wears. I highly recommend these gloves.

Almost great.
EvEverything about the gloves is great except for the wrist closure. It's poorly place. If you were to come off and slide there's little chance the glove would stay on your hand as the hook and loop closure cannot be pulled tight enough to secure it to you hand. I'd recommend it with this caveat.

Good for one season only!
I guess the old saying is true. You get what you pay for. Bought these gloves expecting they would last longer then 3 months though. Unfortunately for the record Im disappointed. One of the gloves is starting to fall apart in the knuckle area. Im not rough on my gloves and just casual riding. Besides the quality not being that good there are some plus signs, the gloves fit perfectly and air flow is excellent in warm weather. They look really good too and the Velcro straps are excellent. I guess quality is ok for someone on a tight budget or just starting out and not willing to make a big investment in high quality gear.

Great fit and feel
Tried to find perforated gloves for summer riding and these guys had them. Glad I read the reviews and bought one size larger, fit well

Nice gloves that run a bit small
Overall very happy with these gloves. I ordered based on the sizing chart, and although they do "fit", they are particularly snug. I have broad hands, and the sizing chart doesn't seem to make any consideration for people with hands that aren't an average proportion. That said, after some use and stretching, they are working just fine for me. I would buy them again, just maybe one size larger next time.

Almost Nice Glove
I bought these gloves because of their price for a leather glove. I wanted something for hot weather that I can take on and off really quickly. These gloves are great for that and the sizing chart was bang on for me. The wrist is a little loose but that is what makes it easy to get on and off quickly. The fingers were the perfect length for me. One glove's palm was a little tighter than the other but nothing that I couldn't live with.
The problem comes with the knuckle protector. On the left it is nicely positioned but on the right it is too far back so the leading edge digs into my knuckles very painfully to the point I cannot use these gloves. I ordered a second pair and while the right was a little better, it was still too far back and still dug into my knuckles. The left on this new pair were like the right on my original pair: completely unusable. I was going to try a third pair but FortNine's amazing customer service guy checked a bunch of pairs and said they were all about the same and I would likely still have this issue. I was able to return the gloves for free and get a refund.
It is unfortunate because if I could have found a right glove that had the knuckle protector positioned like the original left glove I got, they would have been perfect gloves for warm weather riding. They may work for other people's hands, just not mine. FortNine's customer service was top notch and I'll be buying a different set of gloves from them because of this!
