Nice entry level helmet
Fit: Got a Large according to the size chart, but the actual fit was very tight around the cheek and difficult to put on and take off. Returned it and got an XL and it fits perfectly. I normally wear an XL, but when measured and compared to the size chart, I was within the Large sizing.
Comfort: Padding is good, no pressure points for me. After 6 months, the cheek pads became less tight and now fits perfectly. Overall, it feels comfortable and secure (with the correct size).
Noise: Went on a from Victoria Island back to Vancouver, wind noise for that wasn't an issue, it was noticeable but not unbearable. For short rides in the city, it's no problem at all.
Ventilation: The mouth vent works pretty good, though the top 2 I only feel a tiny bit when opened. It wasn't too hot during the summer, especially with the vents open and visor open a little, I felt comfortable.
Visibility: It's my first helmet, so I don't know what to compare it to, but I didn't feel like it created any blind spots or impaired my vision at all. Sunglasses work, but wish they went a little lower.
Riding in colder temps, I notice the sunglasses are more prone to fogging up and if fogged up while facing the sun it can become a hazard so be careful (probably happens to all helmets with this feature).
Build: Never dropped the helmet, but I have noticed some paint chips, but nothing major or concerning. I got the "Titanium" colour way which looked like it had a hint of teal/blue mixed with the grey on the website, but in person it looks like a regular metallic grey colour.
Note: According to Fortnine this helmet is ECE rated, but I could not find any document or writing on/in the box supporting that claim, maybe I just missed it...
Overall it's a good entry level helmet, for the price it performs well. The only real problem is the ECE rating missing, otherwise it would have been rated higher than 3 stars.
