Needs modification!
This does not fit ontario plates at all... you need to modify the unit to allow this, and you cannot add a plate cover with it without modification and planning. to make this work I took 2 L brackets and bent them straight and drilled 2 holes for mounting. I then drilled 2 holes into this bracket to install it onto the bike frame and attached the made brackets to the mounting holes. this allowed me to install my license plate with enough clearance to add my plate cover. It's easily modified, but does not fit out of the box for ontario.
