Not at all water resistant.
I bought these thinking they were water resistant, unless I got sent the wrong ones, I was wrong.

Rain pants, not cold weather pants
These are rain pants and should not be confused with cold weather pants. The interior feel is rubber and not any kind of soft insulation. Due to their construction they would be great for cold rainy days with an under layer of sorts as the rubberized interior feels clammy and sticks to your legs. The fit was decent although tight through the crotch and they are very well made hence the 4 star review. My expectations just didn't align with what they really are.

Bought has a gift for a friend. He's size 32 but when it arrived (2 weeks late) the size fit much larger which was kind of dangerous as the pants kept slipping during his ride. He did however like the feel so instead of going through the hassle of returning it and it coming back late again, he ended up just hemming it down to the correct size
