What a tough company to deal with
So I’ve bought a ton of things of 509 but not for a few years. I read the reviews and although they weren’t good about their customer service I thought I would give it a shot. What a bad idea. First of all the my way online that the r200 heated jacket will hit right in this jacket. It does not. The zippers are wrong. So I tried contacting fortnine, 509 and the Canadian warranty company. Not one of them have been able to help me. I guess they changed manufacturing companies and all they could say is return you inner heated jacket. Wow that’s not helpful. I bought the r200 jacket and heated jacket together so they would work together. I’m 4 months in and tons of un answered and no direction phone calls and emails. What a bad experience. I held off on putting out this review hoping that 509 would come through. We are in April and still no results.
All I can say is if you want to buy the jacket so be it. It’s pretty good. But if you have any issues like I did you will get zero help from the company on fixing there mistake.
Too bad. I used to love 509 stuff. But think I’ll stick to the other companies after this service.

Coped cuffs easy to get over top of gloves don’t get in the way sealed zippers keep cold air out and fits perfect highly recommend this product
