Frosty
They let to much snow mist into the top of the goggles. When riding with others, I reccomend not being behing anyone as you can feel the frosty snow coming into the goggle. It then causes the goggle to frost over

Like them BUT
I love that it's easy to switch lenses or take them out to clean. Love the look and fit of them. BUT the inside of them scratches so easily. I only use micro fibre cloth on them but the inside is scratched to heck. I don't know if I got a faulty lense or if they all scratch like that. The outside doesn't scratch as easy. Recently went to Hearst on a trip and they fogged soo bad. Riding in the Parry sound area they don't fog as bad but it's also not near as cold here, but they do fog up once you stop for more then 30 seconds.

Love how easy it is to change lenses BUT...
I love how easy it is to switch lenses. I love the look at the goggles. BUT the inside of the lenses scratch like crazy. I've only used a glasses cleaner cloth on them and they are so scratched already. I went on a sled trip to Hearst this past week and they fogged up soo bad. (They don't fog up as bad or as quick in the warmer weather around Parry Sound but Hearst was a whole nother kind of cold) So I'd take my cloth and try to get the moisture off the inside everytime I stopped. And they scratched like crazy. The outside doesn't scratch but the inside is like a softer material.

Great service!
I bought these goggles about a month ago. I paid extra for the fastest shipping and I was blown away at how fast they showed up. Across the country and delivered in 1.5 days!
The only con, I would say, is on 509 and not Fort Nine. The “Red Mirror Smoke Tint” lenses are not red at all like what is shown on the website. Rather the lenses are a definite bluish-purple. Fort Nine did offer me a full refund, but I decided to rock my purple lenses.
I would purchase from Fort Nine again! Very good service.

Great goggles
I bought this about a month ago and havent rode with them yet but I have the sinister X6’s and they are bar none better than the X6’s. They have a better FOV and the magnets holding the lenses in place assure for quick changes. And… they have shutter vents for opening and closing! How cool is that? I havent seen any klim goggles or any goggle in the market with that.

Love the photo-chromatic lens
First off awesome photo-chromatic lense. Works perfect in anything but night. Hoogles themselfs are comfortable and the fit is nice but it doesnt fit has nice around the nose vs the oakley mayhem they are replacing. Small adjustment and they still seal well in dust

Questions
Are these viable in summer?
100%. I wear these all year round for motocross and sledding. Best googles you can get, don’t get too hot either cause they have vents all around. Hope this answered your question
