                  Description

Drawing from their extensive off and on road boot experience, the Alpinestars Corozal Drystar Boots are everything an ADV rider needs or could want. The mid height design is less encumbering than a full off-road or motocross boot and the vulcanized rubber compound rubber sole provides excellent grip while allowing riders to actually walk around off the bike without doing the robot.

Burly off-road inspired protective features include a TPU shin plate and ankle protectors, reinforced heel counter and toe box, as well as Alpinestars' bio-mechanical lateral flexi-blade system. To top things off Alpinestars has added a Drystar membrane to keep out water in whatever form it takes. The rugged yet refined Corozal Boots are ready for pretty much anything.

                  Features:

                  • Upper constructed from PU coated leather plus higher medial panel suede leather for superior grip
                  • Front and rear bellow made with lightweight microfiber for more durability and abrasion resistance
                  • Rear reflective insert for improved visibility
                  • Extended PU coated leather gaiter helps seal out excessive water and dirt entry; rear gaiter includes rubber insert for flexibility and comfort
                  • TPU shin plate and calf plate offer support and resistance for impacts
                  • Bio-mechanical lateral flexi-blade system provides excellent front and rear movement while offering support and protection to the ankle
                  • TPU shift pad made with technical texture for added grip plus foam padding on underneath for better comfort
                  • Wide entry aperture for convenience with VELCRO® brand upper closure flap to allow broad ranging calf fit adjustment
                  • TPU double density ankles protector on medial side for protection
                  • Closure system includes 2 polymer buckles with an innovative closure system. This closure includes a ratchet with memory and a quick release/locking system with self-aligning design for easy, precise closure; the all new buckles are replaceable.
                  • Soft foam surrounding the ankles and collar offer comfort and shock absorbing performance
                  • Drystar membrane layer between upper and lining for proven performance in difficult weather conditions
                  • Toe box and heel counter reinforcement layered under the upper
                  • PP insole with steel shank co-injected for excellent feel and safety
                  • Alpinestars exclusive vulcanized rubber compound sole for optimal combination of comfort and grip
                  • Replaceable anatomical EVA footbed with Lycra lining on top

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what I wanted The fit is great and right on the recommended guide. I'm a size 11 and they're spot on. Very comfy if a bit stiff out of the box, tricky to get used to shifting at first, but this is my first full boot so that might be more my problem than the boot. The brown looks great, and in Saskatchewan Spring I can verify they're waterproof. Looking forward to more hours to work them in! FortNine is also great to buy from. Nice to have this available in Canada with no border fees and conversion rates. Shipped free and immediately. If these were lost or stolen I would replace them, and get them from the same place.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from finally Been riding epic rides of dual sport all over western usa and canada on my klr with goretex hunting boots. I always wanted comfront walking around during ride breaks and found other boots too hard. These rock. They are awesome to walk in, wicked waterproof, after mink oil. Get the brown. They look even better after mink oil darkens them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does what it says These are my first motorcycle boots. They fit true to size. I wear size 10 sneakers and the size 10 here fits well. I stood in a puddle and I stayed dry. Easy to feel the shifter too. Standing on the pegs was comfortable in these also.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall happy It's still winter so I can't give a full review as yet. However, wearing these boots around the house, they seem to break in quite easily. Much more forgiving than my Alpinestars MX boots. They seem to fit a hair small so keep that in mind as well. Also, the hinges are squeaky but many of these leather/plastic boots are.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable with premimum protection I ride mainly street (80%) with occasionally dirt (dual sporting). Was concerned about the sizing as I wear 10 1/2. Size 11 fit well though - not too roomy. Very easy to get on and off. Upper is secured with large velcro strap, which I'm concerned may become less secure with dirt and it getting cluttered with fabrics fragments; no issues with it yet though. Lower is secured with 2 clasps that are easy to secure and adjust. They work well even when they're secured tightly with little wiggle room - no fear of the clasps breaking. They can be easily adjusted so as not to be as tight or loose. The toe is thick, as expected with good protection, which posed a problem on a dirt bike I often ride. I had to adjusted the clutch lever, and no issues after that. Walking with them is ok but I wouldn't want to go on a hike - they provide little flexibility, which is what you want for riding protection. Ridden in the rain and mud and no leaking yet - waterproof so far. I haven't treated the outside at all - just cleaned them with soap and water. Not cheap, but I'm happy with the investment - makes me feel safer. Hopefully I never have to prove that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Waterproofing & Good Protection Bought and used these throughout the summer for everything from hard offroading to commuting. They fit very snugly but still allow for enough flex to walk around in comfortably. I managed to catch my foot between a stump and my footpeg while riding and these boots without a doubt saved me from further injury. I've also stood in mud puddles with these on and my feet stay completely dry. Super quick to take on and off with the buckle/velcro system.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable. Well made. Fairly hot. The clicking Very comfortable once you dial in the strap tightness. Well made boot for sure. Slightly hot do to no venting (but it is a waterproof up to the second buckle) but with a good wicking sock they are fine when moving. They have become famous for the clicking when you walk but just ignore it. Great value with lots of trickledown tech for the money. Very wide around the ankle so fix the ratchet as best you can

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Long lasting and comfortable - but just boots I got these 7 years ago now - March 2017 and have ridden quite a bit in them mostly on a DRZ400 on easy trails. They're great all day boots, have proven to be waterproof and have been through a good number of falls including once or twice being under the bike. However, this season I think I'm going to get into a more protective off-road boot like the Tech 7 Enduro Drystar. More protection for my ankles, same waterproofing and I expect a bit less comfortable. I'm a 43/9.5 in most shoes, and the Size 10 in this boot works well.

Do these fit under pants? I wear Klim Switchback Pants

I wear Klim Latitude pants and they fit under them very nicely.

How would these work for street use only? I ride a KTM 390 Duke. Only concern is the toe on the boots being too thick to get under the shifter. Looking at these because I don't like that normal street boots end at the ankle (and they're ugly).

                  Asked by: Cartjas
I have a KTM 1090 now.  Boot toe fits fine under the shifter.  I also noticed in my KTM owners manual that the shifter can be adjusted up or down to accommodate your boot or foot.

What is the height of these boots compared to MX boots?

                  Asked by: kazil
As per the manufacturer, they're slightly shorter, so about mid-calf.
