Nice gloves.
I was drawn to these gloves due to the Level 2 certification. I only ride at track days. I bought the black model and was surprised to see the use of fabric on parts of the back/top of the glove's gauntlet. I don't suspect that the area would be subject to much abrasion in the event of a spill and the Level 2 certification would appear to support that conclusion. The sizing chart was accurate and I ended up with gloves that fit correctly. I have the hands of a slim, fit, office worker rather than the hands of a blacksmith and the fingers fit perfectly. I really like the leather pull tab at the top of the palm side of the gauntlet - right where it needs to be and just the right size. The fabric on the back of the gauntlet helps with wrist mobility. The gloves have pre-curved fingers & palm to fit the bars & controls. To break in the gloves, especially the leather cover that joins the two outside fingers, I put them on, held a 4" section of hockey stick in each hand and did my pushups on my fists, on a workout mat, for a few weeks. Worked like a charm. The width of the wrist strap is a bit too wide and does not slide smoothly through the metal loop which the strap passes through in order to double back on itself and attach to the loop section at the base of the palm. It could easily be the result of manufacturing variance. There are no ventilation perforations in the leather of the fingers but I ride in Edmonton, not the tropics, so not much of a problem for me.

Think about it before you buy it.
It is not what I expected. The quality is not worth the price.
