Features:
- The Monster Big Sucker intake kit features a patented Big Sucker hidden breather technology and more filter surface area than any other kit we know of on the market for maximum performance. Ness hidden breathers are O-ringed at the heads and exits out the mouth of the injector/carb to provide efficient engine breathing, eliminating the need for any external hoses or hardware.
- The inverted 90 degree-style filter features a built-in inverted top to pull in air not only from all sides of the filter but also the front, which results in more performance gaining airflow
- Each filter is constructed from synthetic material that is water-resistant, which in most cases eliminates the need for a rain sock. Filters are re-usable and do not require oil, just rinse and re-use
- Kits are available with or without Arlen Ness forged billet cover, covers styles available in: Deep Cut, 10-gauge or Beveled
- Forged billet covers can be added at any time to any Ness standard Monster Sucker kits that were originally purchased without covers

I bought this product and had to return it. It was too big for my bike only because I have lower fairings on the bike which required a different design. The description didn't say anything about it not fitting with lower faring on bikes. I followed the return instructions and was given full refund.

Looks amazing
Super easy to install (took about 20-30 minutes) and looks great. Still too much snow to try it out but so far very happy with my purchase. I also added the Cobra Fi2000r fuel pack.

Great sucker
I'm not a mechanic, but I was able to follow the instructions that came with the part and watch some videos on YouTube and get it installed myself.
I notice a subtle deeper growl from the bike now, and I think it was much needed for the Vance & Hines Big Radius pipes I had already installed on the bike.
Love it so far. No issues. I might need to get the bike tuned because I suspect it might be running a bit too lean, but it seems fine so far.

I have changed out my stock exhaust to V&H Short shots. Now I want to add the Arness Big Sucker Item # 552707. My question is....is this the right item to complete my upgrade?
It depends on the look you want. Ours looks great and the bike breathes better.
