Barkbusters Storm Handguards have an aerodynamic design and a larger profile that wraps around the hands to provide maximum protection from the elements but minimal crash protection as there is not a secondary mounting point on the handlebar.

They are a little loose.
Fitting them to a Honda CB300F. Very difficult to remove the internal weights. Not a Barkbuster issue. First, I've tightened the nut to lock into the handlebar but it still rotates a bit. While riding it doesn't move but it could move a bit if hit. Second issue is that the clutch lever forces the handguard to be be positioned over as to not hit it. I thought there would be ample room. Third, there is an odd gap between the grip and the end of the bracket. I like them. I'm just not totally satisfied with the fit for my bike.

Simple and solid
Traditional 2-point mount guards didn't fit on my handlebar, so I tried these. I was apprehensive about the single point mount, but this setup works great. I use them on a sport touring bike for protection from the weather during the shoulder months.

J ai acheté cet artocle par erreur et il y en a un de cassé déjà je croyais avoir acheté des bon protège mains et ce n est malheureusement pas le cas. C est très cher comme produit et j allais justement vous communiquer mon désapointement. Le dit handguard a cassé simplement lorsque j ai retiré la toule protectrice de ma moto !
Ca fait assez cheap merci. C est la première fois que je suis décu de vos produits

I have not ridden with Storm handgaurds on my Concours 1400 yet. I am sure they will protect my hands from the elements. They bolted on easily but as the metal is quite soft one of the fittings cracked upon tightening. Also the hand guards are obstructing my view of the mirrors. Was not expecting this and should have been advised. There should have been a “Yes they’ll fit but here is a warning”. Thinking I just wasted $150.

Look great but that's it
The good - Easy to install, look great, provide great wind protection
The bad - Weak. If you plan on doing an riding offroad and your chance of dropping your bike increases, don't buy these. I dropped my bike and the handguard broke. It wasn't even a bad fall. Front end folded in a rut and the bike went over.
I've replaced the single point mount with a two point mount.

Est ce que ce produit est compatible sur un can am spyder rs 2010
Oui, Barkbusters liste les protège-poignées Storm en tant que compatible pour le CanAm Spyder 2010; par contre ils indiquent que les les protège-mains peuvent toucher le pare-brise et les obstruer les miroirs sur certains modèles.
