Switching from a 1/2 helmet.
I can't stand full face helmets! They are way too claustrophobic for my liking. But I wanted something a little more safe and more protection from the elements. I read alot of reviews online and watched all the video reviews i could find. I also had purchased the bell riot 3/4 helmet last year. The bell riot helmet had more protection than my 1/2 helmet but the foam padding if you could call it padding is really hard and uncomfortable so I decided to try the bullitt thinking that after trying it I would probably return it because both helmets are from the same company and would probably feel just as uncomfortable. Well I was pleasantly surprised. It's alot more comfortable and the padding is softer. The helmet is as light as the riot 3/4 and i was suprised at the visibility. You can hardly even notice the chin bar and side to side is very open and you can even drink from a water bottle with the helmet on if you want. The only thing I noticed that is a slight negative about the helmet in my opinion and is being very nit picky is the liner which is removable moves a tiny bit when you are taking the helmet on and off but not a big deal. I haven't taken it for a ride yet because of the snow on the ground here so I can't atest to the aerodynamic or wind level yet but I'm sure its better than my 1/2 helmet. Over all I'm very happy so far with the feel and the quality. Get it on sale! I would never pay 800 bucks for any helmet but I was willing to pay the 500 bucks for the carbon fiber because I really wanted something light.

Stylish Protection
I normally wear a 3/4 open face but I purchased this helmet because I always wanted a full-face but didn’t want to wear anything that looked too sport oriented (I ride a Harley Road King) or diminish my peripheral vision... This helmet has a great sense of style and offers excellent features/protection that you’d expect from Bell. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

Amazing fit and finish.
This helmet has incredible visibility and along with a great fit, is very light. The only downside is that that it is super noisy but just count on using plugs and all is good. It's a vintage style helmet with a huge opening so it was obvious what I was ordering and I am super happy I snagged one on sale!
