So far working as I expected
I was looking to replace my old Acerbis open guards with something that had an aluminium mounting bracket to give a bit more protection and I've only done one ride but IMO they worked great when I clipped a few trees.
2 Things
1) The Cycra logo is actually a sticker and not embossed into the plastic and the stickers had almost come off right out of the box and currently they are not sticking well. Not a big deal cus I'll just take them off if I want.
2) I used anti-seize on the bolts used to mount to the bars and snugged as per the instructions. 2 came loose so I might use loc-tite if it continues to be an issue.

Good for branches and bush wacking...
Cycra makes good products. Looks nice and plastic are good quality.
It makes a noticeable difference for branches and bush wacking but it doesnt protect lever or master cylinder when you drop the bike. I would recommend on MX bike or light enduro. I have them on a trial bike. If you intend to drop the bike in a rock garden this is not the hand guard you want!

Questions
New to dirt bikes, would this fit my 98' KX250?
No confirmed fitments but should fit most dirt bikes with 7/8" bars. Fits 7/8" bars or oversize bars that taper to 7/8" at bar ends
