Nice style and VERY well vented
I bought this jacket in order to use it for my daily commutes as my perforated leather jacket was MUCH too warm on hot days when I'm stuck in heavy Montreal traffic (read: every day because montreal IS traffic)
It feels as close to wearing no jacket as I imagine is possible. It really is more liveable and, weirdly, I like the collar on it as it keeps my dress shirt collars in check and stops them from smacking my helmet in the wind like they used to on my leather jacket.
My only gripe with it is that there is no way to attach the jacket to my pants (belt loop would be nice) so it rides up sometimes as I ride a sportbike and am leaned over pretty far. Also the price IS a bit high for this type of jacket but it does look VERY good and feels pretty sturdy.
All in all I am quite satisfied with this jacket and would totally recommend it as a relaxed-ride jacket. I would NOT wear this jacket on spirited weekend rides as I don't feel it offers enough protection for that.

Best Summer Jacket
There is so much mesh its like an air conditioner for your body. I'm not a fan of the inner liner, its on the inside of the jacket so the outside mesh part will still get soaked so I just wear a rain jacket on the outside for both rain and wind. Doesn't come with a back protector so I got a d30 back protector that fits. The shoulder and elbow armor is really stiff but doesn't obstruct my riding position seated or standing. I would like to see this jacket without the inner liner for a cheaper price. If I wear a base layer and a rain coat with this jacket, it keeps me warm below 10°C.

Good hot weather jacket
I've been wearing this jacket (in red) for a couple of weeks now. Overall, it is good, especially for stop-and-go, in-traffic riding in hot weather; the ventilation through the mesh is definitely unparalleled (vs. textile/perforated leather). I also love that it comes with a waterproof liner--I wouldn't buy this jacket if I lived in a rainy climate, but here where it rarely rains hard it just adds an extra level of versatility, making it a better value for me. Dainese tends to look and feel great but you have to pay a hefty price for it, so any extra value is a plus in my book.
Dainese's size chart was correct for me, although the jacket feels a little loose, but I think that's to be expected from mesh. The sleeves in particular are a bit too loose and too long for me. I wish that the jacket at least had a velcro sleeve adjustment. But this could work out okay, since I plan to use this jacket with layers underneath for when it gets cooler.
Also, I usually wear Dainese leathers in a size 42, but had to compromise on this less expensive jacket after gaining a lot of weight (right now I am 5'5", ~155lbs, 92cm chest; I got size 46). Compared to my leather jacket, I do not feel as confident and protected when I am wearing this mesh jacket. The armour is great, but I hate that this jacket offers little abrasion resistance, and that it does not have a jacket-pants fastening zipper. While in the riding position on my sportbike, it tends to ride up over the top of my Dainese textile pants, leaving a gap of exposed skin on my lower back. Another complaint is that this jacket has only two mesh pockets that are completely exposed on the outside of it. I wish that it had an internal waterproof pocket.
Overall, despite my complaints, this is a beautiful jacket and I am satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend it if you are primarily looking for a stylish, versatile hot-weather jacket that can also be used to layer for cooler days.
