If I wanted to buy spare connecting links, what would be the appropriate part #? Also, is it possible to use a rivet-type connecting link instead of a clip-type?

I am in need of a 94L chain? Can any of these given lengths be shortened to 94L easily just by popping the rivets out and then use the connecting link to put it back together?
Yes if you don’t have a chain breaker just grind off the appropriate rivet flush with the plate and drive it out with a punch. Then you can connect with the master link provided.
