ElectroSport Stator - ESG163

ESG163 is a high quality stator that replaces the not-so-reliable OEM stator in several Polaris 500 ATV models between 2003 and 2004.

The ESG163 is built on a modern stator core and we install the highest grade copper wire using state-of-the-art winding machines. The high magnetic conductivity of the stator material coupled with the high quality winding wire make for an exceptionally efficient stator that runs cooler than OEM and provides better output especially at lower RPMs.

We install the best quality lead wires that offers chafe and heat resistant insulation, the best quality rubber seals, insulation coatings and connectors to make this ESG163 a plug in replacement for the OEM stator that installs easily.

ESG163 offers superior performance and reliability compared to the Polaris OEM stator.

Like all other stators we manufacture, we offer ESG163 with a full one year warranty.
