ElectroSport Stator - ESG842

ESG842 is a high quality stator designed to replace the OEM stator in the Suzuki DL650 V-Strom models from 2002 until 2007.

ElectroSport manufactures the ESG842 using a modern stator core and we install the highest grade copper wire for the winding. The much better materials for these components compared to the OEM stator result in vastly improved efficiency, a cooler running stator and with that dramatically improved reliability.

The ESG842 offers superior performance across the RPM range too as its output is about 25% higher than the stock unit. No modifications to the bike are necessary as the stock regulator/rectifier will have no problem handling the extra output.

ESG842 comes with very high quality lead wires, rubber seals, and insulation coatings and is therefore a plug in replacement for the stock stator.

Like all stators manufactured by ElectroSport this ESG842 also comes with a full one year warranty.
