ElectroSport Stator - ESG957 | Honda CBR1000RR 2004-2007

ESG957 is a high quality stator that replaces the not-so-reliable OEM stator on Honda CBR1000RR from 2004 to 2007.

The ESG957 is built on a modern stator core and only the highest grade copper wire is used for the windings. All windings are installed using modern computer controlled winding equipment to ensure the highest possible quality and perfect winding tightness.

ElectroSport then installs high quality lead wires that offer very chafe and temperature resistant insulation, the best quality rubber seals, insulation coatings and connectors to make this ESG957 a plug in replacement stator.

The ultra high magnetic conductivity of the core material coupled with the low resistance in the reconfigured winding results in the very high efficiency that this stator offers. It also means that this stator runs very cool which drastically improves reliability. The winding configuration has been specially developed for this model to keep the temperature down and still allow for a perfect output across the wide RPM range.

The ESG957 stator offers superior performance and reliability compared to the OEM stator.

Note: The OEM flywheels on the 1000RR use magnets that are (much) too powerful and these cause the OEM stators to overheat and fail. There is a recall on the flywheel on some of these models. The ESG957 will work with either flywheel.
