You get what you pay for
You get what you pay for, they break quite easily. The perches are not strong, I'm on my third set. Broke one installing a tight cable, broke another with a very gentle tip-over where the perch was the only damage to the bike. But they look good on a vintage bike and the price is right.

Woulds this be able to go on a 2006 hyosung aquila 250?
No the Hyosung has a disk front brake, who requires a lever with a master cylinder.
