Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product Started using this when the kids raced Ktm 50’s tried 5 different coolants due to overheating issues. The engine ice was the only one to solve the issue! Been using it in all the bikes ever since!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Working well Seems to be great coolant so far. Just make sure you buy enough! It's pre-mixed and you may need two jugs which can be pricey. I don't mind paying a little extra for peace of mind when stuck in traffic on a hot day.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY THIS COOLANT I'm not sure if I got a botched batch or not but I did a coolant flush on my motorcycle, brought it up to running temp and the coolant started boiling. Unimpressed to say the least, will NEVER buy this product or brand EVER again. Stay away!

          Questions

Can this product mix with conventional coolant ? does the system need to be completely flushed out before filling with Engine Ice?

          Asked by: sportbiker
The manufacturer's page has a good FAQ section where they cover this but they do state that, no, Engine Ice should not be mixed with other coolants. And they do recommend flushing the system with distilled water and white distilled vinegar prior to filling with Engine Ice.

Hi. Can I use this for Kawasaki Ninja zx6r 1995.... 50/50 with distilled water? I do some track days 3/4 times a season. Thank you.

          Asked by: Wojtek
I'm not sure what your track permits; I would check with them first. You don't need to mix 50/50, it comes premixed.

Is this coolant silicate free? That is the only type my GL1100 can run.

          Asked by: CNCBUSS
Yes, Engine Ice is Silicate and Phosphate Free through the use Propylene Glycol(much less toxic) rather than Ethylene Glycol which includes Phosphates which can kill even the smallest life forms including plants and trees.
