The plate fit as suggested in your write-up. Although there was one slight issue. 2 rubber cushions were missing when I received the product.
NO problem one phone call to you and my issue was resolved. About a week later I received the delinquent missing parts.

Does this fit an 09 FJR 1300?
Only if you have a rack on the bike already. It needs a flat surface, which the FJR doesn't have. The sweet setup for the FJR is the Givi 357 https://fortnine.ca/en/givi-monorack-yamaha-fjr1300-2006-11-sr357

Is this plate ok to use with the Givi WL901?
Yes, both of these Givi products are designed to work with the MONOKEY attachment system, and should be compatible.
