Extremely Disappointing Fitment
Considering I still have the stock exhaust, I figured my install should go without a hitch. Boy was I wrong. The parts that attach to the frame, and wrap around the exhaust to the license plate bracket somehow passed QC without actually lining up with the bolt holes on either side, resulting in an extremely tedious 2 man job of bending, and forcing the brackets. The attached photos show how far out the holes on the undertail side are from being properly aligned, when the bolts are in on the top of the exhaust, mounting to the frame.
Furthermore, despite the arms, which hold the plate, mounting much more smoothly, they are asymmetrical. On one side, the flat part with holes to mount a plate to is tilted enough to prohibit the installation of any made-for mounting plate, and a universal plate will not sit flat. The most rearward holes are also about a cm out of alignment. The arms are not intended to point perfectly straight back, but one arm is tilted horizontally slightly further to the outside of the bike than the other, resulting in a further protracted process to install even a universal mounting plate, as the holes do not line up.
All in all, I would have returned this if I didn't need it immediately. I wish I had picked up a shad mount on ebay.

Is this rack compatible with the KAPPA K22N or K33 MONOKEY SIDE cases. I already have a Givi top rack installed on my bike. Thanks!
No, those cases are Monokey, this rack is for Monolock. Only Monolock cases will work.
