Hope 4 V4 Disc Brake Lever/Caliper

The Tech 4 V4 builds on Hope's 25+ years experience designing and manufacturing hydraulic brake systems. The Tech 4 uses all new internal sealing for reduced friction and the pivot spins on roller bearings, allowing the spring rate to be reduced. The lower spring rate in turn gives a lighter lever action, reducing rider fatigue and keeping legendary feel and modulation.

The updated V4 caliper utilizes hybrid style Stainless steel pistons with a phenolic insert allowing for smoother movement and less maintenance, while still able to manage high temperatures without heat transfer during extreme use.

Note: The V4 caliper is not compatible with all direct mount 180 mm forks due to the large piston design and variation in mount positions. Hope recommend running the V4 caliper with the correct mount and a 200 mm rotor in this application. The V4 caliper is also not compatible with the 2021 Commensal Supreme DH frame 200 mm Direct Postmount.
