Excellent warm weather choice
I bought both this and the Revit Eclipse. I chose to return the revit jacket because I already have a rain/cool weather jacket- an Icon Tarmac. This has better airflow than the Eclipse and I preferred the tighter, more sporty fit.
I've been riding with this as my warm weather jacket for about a month. It's great for 18°C and warmer. Any cooler than that and you'll be pretty cold on the freeway. It's tolerable for my 15min commute in the cool morning and a necessity for anything over 25°C. I only ride with a T shirt underneath, sleeves would probably make it more tolerable for cool days. In the black color the mesh will show a patterned logo through the jacket.
The armour fits and sits well. The straps and snaps on the arms and waist prevent it from flapping. It's short enough in the front and long enough in the back that it sits nicely in a mid/forward riding position, with minor bunching in the front.
The pockets aren't great. No internal pocket and the side ones are just a double layer of mesh. I don't use them since I don't like the bulk anyway.
I wear an XL. I am 220lbs 6'1" with a fairly athletic build. I have unusually long arms and the jacket meets my gloves nicely.
I would recommend this as a second jacket for sure. I think it's the best full protection option I've seen which is also cool. I don't think it should be your only option for most climates in Canada unless you only ride on hot days.

Great air flow
This is the second mesh jacket I've owned. The air flow through the jacket while riding is great. The hottest day so far was 27 degrees Celsius and it was very comfortable ride. The mesh is quite light and I don't feel it will offer much protection in a slide. I knew I'd be sacrificing protection for comfort, so I'm OK with that. Also, the CE lv. II armour fits comfortably while riding. Definitely a good buy for the price!

Great fit and airflow
I hesitate to wear riding jackets vs armored shirts because the armor isn't usually held as well. The elastic arm adjusters allow the elbow armor to fit right against your arm and move with you. The jacket is in a trim fit, so the rest of the armor stays where it needs to but you can still move around. I put in some CE level 2 pads in as well and they fit great.
Airflow is excellent and you still get some abrasion resistance in the most important areas.
Sizing is typical for american brands.

Fantastic Summer Jacket
Ridden with this jacket for 6 weeks. It’s great for anything above 10C, fits snug with no flapping.

Hell yeah!
This is like wearing an air conditioner!!
It is everything I could have asked for. Would I feel comfortable going down at speed while wearing this? Hell no. Would I feel fine if it were just slower city traffic...sure, no problem!
I bought the grey version for visibility. It is comfortable to wear and is comfortable around the neck with no pinching or rubbing.

Bought this jacket for my husband to wear during the summer. Very light very breathable. Adjustable arms and waistband were a bonus.

Great light Jacket but runs very small
Bought the jacket for those hot summer days. Jacket fits very small. I am an extra large in every other jacket I own and this jacket just fits.

Best jacket I found for hot summer days
Just amazing for the price paid. This is my first summer jacket and I'm very pleased with the airflow going thru.

Questions
How much (and where) reflective elements are actually on the jacket? It's difficult to tell, and I find it an important feature in selecting a jacket.
There are 2 straps under each arm, and the 2 logos on each higher arms that are deflective as well.

How well does this protect against road rash and abrasion? How long would this last, like how many seconds at a certain speed can this material last sliding against asphalt before disintegrating?
Will u end up with a mesh like tan?
lol, no.
It's a great jacket for hot days. Tons of air flow while you're moving.
