Not for trail riding
Got this for Christmas for trail riding and ice fishing. I tried it out ice fishing on a -1c day and absolutely froze within an hour. This suit has little to no insulation and I would compare it to a spring coat. Would be good for high intensity activity like skiing or mountain riding. Also the straps that hold the suit up are of poor quality and use velco. The suit itself is very long and you definitely need the straps.

What size in numerical sizing is an XL ? 16 or 18 ?
Jethwear do not give a conversion to numerical sizing for their garments. We recommend using the measurements no the size chart to determine the best fit, as different brands size their products differently.

Is this suit the fully insulated one or the insulated knees and back?
Fully insulated.

Would you say comparable to a FXR size 6 in women would be like a med in jethwear? With monosuits you don’t really know till you actually sit I find from experience.
