price is right
First surprise: never realized how worn my old tires were (Pirelli Scorpion) until I put on the new ones and the bikes seemed to turn with so much more ease that it freaked me out for the first 100km. Second: the rear tire had a yellow dot to line up with the valve for balancing purposes but the front had nothing. I just put it on with the tire irons to try and see. It seems fine- no weird vibrating or shaking, tracks straight. The tires are noisier than the old ones but they were pretty slick. I have heard to b careful in the wet but not much of a chance to test this. The price is half of what anything else costs...

Good Value
This is my second one of these. First one I got 12000km on it with my KLR about 50 - 50 dirt and pavement. Fairly hard compound so run them quite soft. 1 up 22psi rear 18 psi front. Poor traction in mud but good all round tire for price.

Only way to describe this tire is "LIKE A BOSS!!"
Firstly I have this tire on the FRONT of my 2009 KLE650 Versys (running opposite rotation). I've had it on now for 2 years and it maybe has about 10% wear on it, and I've got 15,000km on it!! This tire is insane on the front... I run my bike like I rented it and this tire has stood up to everything from off roading to extended 100mph+ speeds on asphalt with very aggressive cornering and has never faltered. I've run this tire in driving rain so hard that you couldn't see the bike ahead and in deep ruts filled with water on a dangerous twisting highway and this tire pulled my butt out of the dangerous zone. I'm a good rider but there comes a time when you also have to give a big nod to your equipment and this tire gets a HUGE NOD! It took a bit getting used to as it made the bike rather quickly in cornering but after an hour you get used to it and begin to really put some faith in its abilities. I highly recommend this tire as far as my experience with it for a front tire is concerned. Lastly I do believe they now have a dedicated front position option in this size now from the manufacturer.

Great on the gravel road
Bought this awhile ago. I moved into a gravel road. Way better than my old street tires. Steady as she goes. Have it on a '82 Honda silver wing gl500.

Good value
Great price point , great dry road traction , good on loose dirt gravel , will get you through some sand , anything wet and forget it . awful in rain and useless in mud or on wet grass .

"Just ok"
I have had these on my 2002 KLR for the past 4800km. Had shinko 705, 244, D606 and Kenda 270 before. This K761 is the worst of the bunch off road. I also have had trouble containing the death wobble at highway speeds with these tires for some reason. Upside is they look pretty good and wear evenly.. perhaps it is not a fair comparison but compared to most of the other tires I tried these are downright scary offroad on anything rather than packed fire road. Barely made it out of a grassy field.. I'd rate this tire as 90% on road, 10% off road. Will stick to michelin T63 next, shinko 244 or D606 in future even for mostly road riding! Just not worth the compromise.

Great pavement tire
I spooned the K761 front & rear tires for an on road trip on my Kawasaki KLR to Utah. I put on 5,300 km’s riding in hot weather/ rain & a small bit of off road maybe %1. Never stepped out or lost any traction. Great on road tire for me. I will purchase them again. They should last next riding season. So around 12,000- 14,000 km’s.

Questions
Can you get these in scooter sizes such as 140/60-13? would be great to get them in Canada & not deal with cross border duties
The sizes listed for the K761 on our website are all that we currently have available. Sorry about that.
