          Description

The Nuetech Tubliss 2.0 Kit replaces conventional inner tubes with a small red insert that creates two different pressure zones inside the tire itself. This enables an incredible 100 PSI of rim protection, increased tire stability, and eliminates pinch flats. The Tubliss system also allows you to run much lower tire pressures than you normally would with a standard tube. The lower tire pressure creates a larger contact patch, leading to greatly improved traction and a plusher ride.

The typical weight savings on a rear wheel compared to a standard pinch prone tube is about one pound, and can be several pounds lighter than some heavy duty tubes. Saving weight in the wheels is one of the most important places to save weight, and is often overlooked because of limited options. A lighter wheel will help reduce rotating mass, improve acceleration, braking, and the overall handling of your machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great I’ve been running Tubliss since 2015 (about 300 hours). Works great. Keep the inner tube at 100psi and the tire chamber at 5-10 psi and go play. I’ve had maybe 1/2 dozen carcass punctures over the years but I was able to fix them on the fly with some Canadian Tire cords and a small bike pump. I have started using Slime over the last year but I can’t say that it’s been worth the mess yet. They say you shouldn’t use Tubliss on used tires but I’ve done it a few times To flip the rear tire around and it worked fine. I mostly use it with Mitas yellow compound tires for a stiffer carcass and less chunking. They recommend changing the inner tube every year but I haven’t. I’ve had two inner tube failures so far, both pinches but the rim wasn’t damaged.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does this system really need another review? I've had TuBliss install for two rides now and what can I say that others haven't? If you've never been on a bike with tubliss or mousse installed, it really feels like magic. Coupled with the right tire (cheater style works beautifully) these provide unreal amounts of grip I never thought possible. An added bonus of running at low PSI is the harshness of small trail rocks/roots/etc is taken away, equivalent to a click or two of suspension adjustment. Con: These are a bear to install yourself. I installed on a Husqvarna that comes stock with rimlocks and holes that are already perfectly spaced. I just had to enlarge one hole in each rim. It is ultra, ULTRA important to read the instructions several times before starting. Read them to the point where it is memorized as you'll forget small important details (Like if using tire sealant you need to put it in BEFORE mounting the tire - oops) Be careful and take your time and it'll be well worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Traction upgrade plus longer tire life Bought a month or so ago. Install was easy, instantly way more traction from being able to run low psi. Also estimate 30 to 40 % longer rear tire life which is a big bonus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Slimey I could not get the Tubliss system to hold any air using the water and soap method that the manufacture recommended. I tried following the directions a number of times, and even completely the tire and started from scratch. No success! Last resort I bought some Slime and first try it worked! I used the Slime for the front tire too and had the tire ready to go in less than 30 minutes. So now I am really enjoying the low pressure in the muddy and snow conditions we have in the spring.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Monster traction Awesome traction .nice product. Just hard to have proper seal with your tire specificly with a use one. Recommend to go with New tire or use the slime green stuff sealan if you put back your old tire. You will save time. My bike is a tractor with that.....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the extra traction and reduced defelection Had this system before Canada's motorcycle carried it. I have it front and rear. Love the extra traction from the rear and the reduced deflection in the front. You really notice the difference in technical stuff when your riding with a buddy that doesn't have it. They will spend a lot of the day pushing over roots and rocks on uphills. You can literately in most cases stop beside them and pull away without spinning a tire. For technical stuff I run 1 and 3 psi in the rear and 4 to 6 in the front. I also like the added suspension effect it has. Less fatigue due to the tire soaking up more of the hit. Bottom line is i will use this system in all my off-road bikes. As mentioned in another review i also run slime. I have run the system with and without. Without your always checking tire pressure before every ride. With slime its not different then a tube. I typically check the high pressure side once every week or 2. Great system.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from But it now! I ride hard trail 2-3 times a week, me and a few buds have pretty much the same set ups all have the same tires and I wanted to try the tubliss, they both got pinch flats THE VERY FIRST RIDE with new tires I was perfectly fine!! The worst part of this product is you have to be the one to ride back to get the truck when someone gets a flat lol

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best purchase for non racers! I know lots of people complain about the maintenance and the tubliss being finicky, but I have never had an issue. Follow the instructions, they are very clear. For extra insurance I fill the small tube full of slime. I have to top up pressures once a week usually, but you should be checking your pressures before you ride anyways, so who cares? Certain tires can be tough to mount, I had to use 3 levers and a second set of hands to mount the battlecross I installed on the front. I don't drill additional holes in the rim either, I use the pre-existing tube hole and slightly enlarge the rimlock hole. If I was someone who raced, I would run mousses over tubliss just for the additional safety when hitting rocks hard. In saying that, I have never had a flat on the tubliss system. I have destroyed ONE system completely due to my own error when I did not check the inner pressure after 3 weeks off. Tubliss sent me an entire replacement, 100% free of charge, no questions asked. Great product, fantastic reliability, great customer service.

Is this suited for à Africa twin crf1000l and legal ok the road?

          Asked by: Docbré
Though they may not be legal, they are a well proven choice. Carry a small compressor or hand pump with you and up your air pressure when you return to the pavement. When was the last time you had your tires or tubes checked by Law Enforcement? Yes, I never have either! If you get a flat off road you'll need someway to inflate your tire anyway. You need a pump either way.

Would the 18" kit work on a 17" back tire?

          Asked by: tyler
Only speaking from my experience mounting the tubliss system, I would say no, the tubliss system needs to be super tight on the rim, as the tub acts as a bit of a rim lock on the whole tire bead which helps retain the air between the tub and the tire.

How high of a tire pressure can you run in the tire itself, I ride trails and sometimes I need to take the road to get to another trail and I don’t want to run at a low pressure during those times

          Asked by: Justin
I run mine up to 30 psi on the low pressure side of my 2018 fe350 and then bump them down to trail running pressures
