Trilobite Micas Urban Doublelayer Jeans

The successor to the popular Micas Urban jeans, which now do not contain a Kevlar layer. Micas jeans are lined with the new Tri-Stretcher® PRO 5.0 Denim material in strategic places - knees, hips and bottom. This material alone in a single layer meets the most stringent AAA certification requirements. This combination creates a pair of jeans that are at the pinnacle of safety when it comes to abrasion resistance.

The whole challenge was to develop a fabric that will bring comfort, safety and at the same time meet demanding requirements in the final product cut, wear, tear, abrasion and chemical resistance during CE Certification tests. Tri-Stretcher® PRO 5.0 Denim is a special mix of Aramid, Nylon, Polyester, Cotton and Lycra. With recent breakthroughs in synthetic fibres, motorcycle riding jeans can be made lighter than ever.
