Replacement 13mm rubber plug to cover the hole left in the end cap when removing the exhaust insert.

I'll have to drill a hole in the CF end cap to access the screw that secures the baffle. How big a hole should I make? For a 13mm plug I think the hole should be 12mm for a secure fit but I'm not sure. Thanks. I'm a big fan of your reviews.
