Thread is over size DOESNT WORK
The pitch diameter on the bolt is 0.4mm oversized and there for won't work at all. Poor quality! Don't buy it! - I'm a tool and die maker/ CNC Machinist and know what I'm talking about...

Good but!!!
This should have fit my Kawa Z900RS exactly but was a bit tight. The threads did not seem exactly the same. By turning it in & out bit by bit it now screws in quite easily and does not leak, so it seems good now.

Does its job
It's a drain plug, I suspect it will do what it's supposed to. It's on the bike, sitting for the season, and there's no oil under the bike. I'll know if the magnetic part works when I do my summer oil change.

Didn't fit 2015 KLR 650
I bought this plug and it won't thread into the pan. I got the 12.5 x 1.5 as recommended for a KLR 650. Beware KLR owners.

Incorrect Product Description, Read On,
The product description my Fortnine is inaccurate. I messaged them about it and they said they would pass the info along and that I should write a review.
First, the bolt description in the drop-down menu is incorrect and misleading. The first number is the bolt size, the second number is the thread pitch. For example, the fortnine website says 14mm x 1.5", what that actually means is that the bolt is a M14, and the thread pitch is 1.5mm. Hopefully Fortnine will remove the double-quote from the thread pitch in the future.
The length of the thread can also be important because if it is longer than oem you don't know if this bolt will hit moving things inside the engine case (without confirmation). This information isn't given by fortnine, and isn't really on the Bikemaster website. I messaged BikeMaster and they provided me with the length.
I have a 2008 Yamaha R6 (2006-2016 are the same, probably other years). The oem drain bolt is M14, 1.5mm pitch, and ~15mm of thread. I ordered this magnetic drain bolt not knowing if it will work but it matches the oem bolt for these three things, I will try the new bolt in the bike next summer.

Magnetic Oil drain plug for a Honda Ruckus
As noted on other reviews, needs to be chased with a die to fit in a Honda ruckus.. After that fits beautifully.

Poor machining
The stock plug head was showing signs of wear and when I removed it I found it was cracked. Bought this as a replacement and the pitch of the starting thread is way off and the TPI is wrong. Doesn't fit in the bike but where I'm at there is little other option so going to try to fix the threads

Fits my bike, but needed a thread adjustment
I bought the M12 x 1.5mm version to replace the stock non-magnetic plug on my 2020 Honda Rebel CMX500. I was doing an engine oil change (to synthetic), and thought this was the ideal moment to add a small plug upgrade. With all the old oil drained from my bike I needed it pretty quickly, and WOW, it arrived like lightning here in Lasalle, QC. I had noted the first poster’s comment about stiff fitting, and when it arrived I checked that it was the same thread as the Honda item. I started a trial fitting, but found it was stiffening up after a few turns. I must not compromise this threaded hole, I thought ! The OD of the plug thread was only .02mm larger, which to me didn’t account for the stiffness, so assumed that it was a bottom-of-thread bottom problem (unable to measure). I bought an M12x1.5 nut (p/n 138512, $2.05) at my local Reno-Depot, and found that it ran easily and equally well on the magnetic plug as it did on the Honda item. So, I made the nut into a cheap thread-chaser, by hacksawing a thin slot from one of the hex corners to the nut centre. By gently squeezing the nut in a vice and running the magnetic plug thread through the nut a few times (with oil), I eventually cleared out what was causing the plug to stiffen in the bike’s alloy oil sump drain hole. I suspect that the plating of the thread had caused the problem. Oddly, it looks like the plug is perhaps soft-chrome plated, judging by its shininess. Perhaps a poor choice by manufacturer, or plating thickness too much. Job now done.
