Flawless from packing to product!
It’s the off season here in Atlantic Canada so I treat myself to improving my ride. 09 FLHTCU. I researched some slip on mufflers and found what I this was the best bang for the buck. Very easy to install and has a deeper sound then the factory ones.. not to loud but definitely can bark if you want them to.. 25 minutes in total to replace and I’m not mechanic by any means.. I’m going to enjoy my cobra tri ovels this riding season!!

I was hoping they were quieter
These are nice. The fit as they should. They were installed on a 96ci bike with true dual pipes. One bolt and nut was missing from a pipe clamp in the box, which was taped shut on arrival. The internal silencer is a perforated pipe with a nice Y at the exhaust tip. There was no fiberglass packing in the muffler, so technically not a glasspack. I will be using 4stroke packing in am attempt to bring the volume down. At any slight acceleration the exhaust barks like old mufflers with blown out packing, because there is no packing.
